GeekyGrouch @grouchy_geek @obsmchat I tend to lose weight when traveling for work because I have to work at eating healthier. I tend to gain weight when at home & I have a ready supply of healthy choices for meals and snacks. My weight can fluctuate +/- 3-5 lbs. #obsm | |
