@obsmchat I tend to lose weight when traveling for work because I have to work at eating healthier. I tend to gain weight when at home & I have a ready supply of healthy choices for meals and snacks. My weight can fluctuate +/- 3-5 lbs. #obsm

For years I'd lose, then regain all plus some additional weight. Now, having lost about 115 pounds, and sustaining most of that loss for several years, I'm regaining again. It's frustrating, annoying, and scary. #obsm

If you had high blood pressure and on a Rx or a special eating plan to manage it and stopped... your blood pressure would probably go up. There is no jugement, shame or guilt. You just get back to managing it. We need to end the stigma with #obesity. #obsm
