@patientchat T1: Telehealth services are very useful & thanks to 2020 we've been able to experience this a lot more. Not only is it a convenient way to connect with your doctors without leaving your house but it is nice to have access to medical summaries from past visits. #PatientChat

@patientchat A2 : For people with mobility issues , telehealth is a great asset , for people or a caregiver of someone who has Epilepsy & may have experienced a seizure , you can virtually chat to get advice from health care provider which may be more of a comfort #patientchat

@patientchat T2: What helped me was having a phone call with my Nurse right before the appointment, making sure I had necessary tools, zoom link, do I have my BP, do I know my temp, can I hear ok, do I have wifi access, this helped alleviate stress and issues before connecting. #patientchat

@patientchat T2: Most people have access to telehealth. I know for me personally thanks to video calls with my doctors I've been able to be seen a lot quicker rather than waiting weeks or months for in person appointments. #Patientchat

A1: It's 2021, so telehealth and virtual visits are being used interchangeably. Though virtual visits mean scheduling like in-person which is why insurance makes things unecessarily messy #patientchat 2/2
