Not only is it a convenient way to connect with your doctors without leaving your house but it is nice to have access to medical summaries from past visits. #PatientChat |

![]() | Diverse Health Hub @DHealthhub @patientchat T2: What helped me was having a phone call with my Nurse right before the appointment, making sure I had necessary tools, zoom link, do I have my BP, do I know my temp, can I hear ok, do I have wifi access, this helped alleviate stress and issues before connecting. #patientchat |
