| Emily Hopkins @emilylovedhim @UKMedLibs @NatGabeMorrell Yes, but I'd argue KM is multidisciplinary/ broader than 'just' libraries and we can and should involve other KM-ers rather than assume it's identical to 'library work' #ukmedlibs |

| Emily Hopkins @emilylovedhim I'd say Knowledge Management is the overall structure, process, approach to managing/co-ordinating knowledge/ info assets - which can include people and resources. It's about the skills, environment, tech, process. #ukmedlibs |

| Potenza Atiogbe @potenzakanley Q2 Yes really good idea am hoping to suggest this when the Service Improvement team come for training next week. They are focussed on root cause analysis etc #ukmedlibs |
| Emily Hopkins @emilylovedhim @tomroper Oooh, good question - we did have an equivalent in my previous trust, never really referred to him by that title but he was a brilliant advocate for the Knowledge Service and all things knowledge-related! #ukmedlibs |
| Potenza Atiogbe @potenzakanley #ukmedlibs q2 what has worked really well for us is using Mendeley groups to facilitate community of practices sharing key articles within clinical groups to aid effective patient care and collaborative publishing etc |

You often need to be at key meetings and hear some of the issues being discussed and make the case for the Library involvement as part of the solution. Difficult to achieve if not invited to the meetings!! |
