How long is the subscription period?
The subscriptions are month to month for the Professional and Corporate plans and annual for the Enterprise plan.
What payment options do you accept?
We only accept online credit card payments for Professional and Corporate plans. For our Enterprise customers we offer invoicing options.
Can you sign a DPA, BAA, SLA, NDA or company standard contracts?
Yes, for our Enterprise clients we regularly sign such agreements as part of a customized offering.
Are you GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DDS compliant?
How often can I change the dataset I have access to?
You can only change your selected dataset(s) 1 time every 30 days. Professional Plans can access up to 12 datasets a year, and Corporate plans can access up to 120 datasets a year.
Can I upgrade from the Professional plan to Corporate plan instantly?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at anytime and see the changes reflected immediately. Upgrades made mid-cycle are prorated. Downgrades can only take place at the end of the monthly cycle and are not allowed mid-cycle.
Can I track a hashtag that Symplur does not have?
Yes, we track a multitude of hashtags some of which are listed on the Healthcare Hashtag Project. We can track anything you need that is appropriate for Symplur including hashtags, keywords, phrases, user accounts – just let us know.
How much history or data do I have access to?
You have access to up to 8 years of data depending on the specific dataset and when we started tracking it. If there is historical data that is not in our system, we can get that data for you for an additional fee. Please note that any dataset with over 1 million tweets in our system requires an Annual plan and approval from Symplur staff to access.
