The Visiting Nurse Service of New York is the largest not-for-profit home health care organization in the country, and each month, #VNSNYchat addresses issues affecting individuals as they age, as well as the people who care for them. Topics range from preventing falls in the home and depression in the elderly to caring for a loved on at the end of life. Each conversation is led by an expert and focuses on family caregivers at all stages of caring for a loved one. The chat takes place on the third Thursday of every month at 1 pm ET.
