This 2-day masterclass will introduce you to the principles and practice of coaching through analysis and application of key coaching skills, the core principles of effective coaching and the use of models and techniques to plan and carry out coaching. The emphasis of the masterclass is to maximise the face-to-face time on each day to practice and observe coaching and to develop the key skills associated with effective coaching.
