Scottish Patient Safety Programme 10

To mark 10 years of the Scottish Patient Safety Programme (SPSP) a campaign is being created. It will use the landmark to encourage an ongoing drive for patient safety by telling the story of the impact of the programme over the past ten years, highlight current projects and future developments.
